We are better when we don’t walk alone in ministry. For ministry to be successful, one must be faithfully connected to the Lord and with a friend/ministerial coach. Solo work is not sustainable. “Two are better than one . . .” Ecclesiastes 4:9

My passion for this next phase of ministry is to do my part to assist in the overwhelming need for encouragement among church ministers and leadership teams, especially in smaller churches. To reinvigorate them for the most important work in the world!

The need is great!

  • 43% of ministers within our Churches are seriously considering dropping out of ministry.
  • 70% of ministers do not have someone they consider a close friend.
  • 57% of ministers do not receive a livable wage. Healthcare and retirement benefits are not provided.
  • Only 1 out of 10 will retire as a minister.
  • 80% believe pastoral ministry has negatively affected their families. Many pastor’s children do not attend church now because of what the church has done to their parents.
  • 84% of pastors desire to have close fellowship with someone they can trust and in whom they can confide.
